Tool Box Sanding

Ready to sand the inside of the tool box before glue up

First 120 then 150 grits

Jessica Says. "I think I need a new orbital sanding sheet. This one looks used."

She is right. 

When the grit is worn away the sand paper is useless. Throw it away. 

Jessica also puts light pencil marks on the surface to be sanded,

After they are sanded off, she knows she has sanded enough.

Perfect joints are sanded perfectly square. Be careful  the orbital sander can easily round off the corners. Use a block and sand by hand if you are not sure about your skills.
